i got out of my way to avoid my triggers. no perfume at all is allowed to be worn in my house ( all my friends know this) i don't eat onions anymore ( and that one really hurts my feelings) i gave up tuna, and regular coffee, i don't use splenda.

having been on topamax for about 5 weeks now ( and seen a reduction in the number of migraines i was haveing) i thought i was doing good. right at 5 weeks since my last BAD one. well i am moving into week 3 with topamax, and had a good checkup with the doctor this morning. he decided not to up the dosage from 25 mg a day just yet. i am doing good so far and have seen a drop in the number of headaches,
