well, i'm beginning to think there is a small glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. My best friend works for my neurologist office, and while i was wating for my appointment, she suggested to me to go see the dentist. my first thought was she's nuts, but i made the dentist appoinment anyhow. turns out i had a tooth that needed to come out. 2 weeks ago i had it pulled. now i have been on 50 mg of topamax for almost a year now, and i also just got a newer car. not sure what helped. ( my ex husband thinks i had a small exhaust leak, that made my headaches worse..... i'd get a break when i was home all day for a few days) it might have been getting the tooth pulled, i dont' know but until this morning i hadn't had a migraine in 3 weeks. however i woke up with a bad one this morning, and no amount of medicine seems to make it go away. i helps knock the pain down, but it isn't stopping it. and nothing is helping the nausea at all. hoping that it gets better........ not having a headache daily has been great for these last few weeks......... and i hope it keeps on.
