well today has been a good day at last. haven't felt good today, but at least no headache. now i am waiting for the other shoe to drop. 2 good days in a row means that i am really in for it.

not sure where to really begin. today is another of a series of bad days. i have had migraines since i hit puberty. but for the last year they have been really bad. and i never know what may set one off. there have been no changes in my diet, and i get the same amount of sleep each night. the girls at work wear purfume, but i haven't...
