i go back to the doctor today for a follow up, and for what was intended to schedule a ct of my sinus cavity. that won't be happening as i am still just as congested as i was last month.
they are thinking now that i am having sinus headaches that are triggering migraines. i have had a constant headache since july 15th or so. along with the infection, and a few rounds of antibiotics. so it looks like i will be going to the ENT to see about sinus surgery. at this point in time if it won't kill me i'm game to try it for relief.
all i know is that doctor the doctor better try to give me at least a few hours of pain relief. i'm so sick of pain it isn't funny. and this lovely colder weather is making my arthritis worse. must love it when i can't win.

Hi,
How did your appointment go? You have seen this article, right? Sinuses Giving You a Headache? It's Probably Migraine.
yes i've seen the article. i got to the ENT monday. i was kind of shocked to get in that quickly, but seeing as this infection has lasted over 2 months both the doctor and i are at the point that it won't hurt me to see if my sinuses are aggervating the migraines.
hopefully i will know more after monday. at this point in time my motto has become if it wont kill me i will try it.
thankfully they did give me something for pain along with the lecture that i shouldn't sit home and hurt, he can't help me if they don't know i am hurting.
