      <title>How to deal</title>
      <description>Late it seems that everyday I have a headache on the weekend it turns into my nightmare the migraine. I started about 3 weeks ago on the topamax so I hope that will eventually help, but anyway. What can I do to even stop some of the headache I have everyday, I&amp;#39;m in need of pain relief, I try not to take over the counter drug b/c of rebound headache, so I mainly suffer during the week and on the weekend I find my self in bed with my ice pack...</description>
