You have no idea what you have been missing out on!! I have had botox treatments for over 4 years now in the US, and I swear by them. They have been a lifesaver for me!! My neurologist has made the rest of his career focused on treating people with migraines and especially, those of us with migraine disease.  I have gone from 16 headaches a month to an

average of 6 a month. There is no looking back. Yes, I still have bad times.

But it's still all good!!

Very interesting.  I have aura a lot, but without the headache.  I can reduce the frequency by keeping the back of my head and neck covered.  Would Botox cut into the frequency of aura?

I received Botox for several years for my migraines and so far it is the only thing that has worked the best!! I had to stop the treatments because my insurance quit paying until the FDA approves Botox for migraines so I am very excited about this. Does anyone know how soon it will be approved?

Right now, I get trigger point injections in my neck and head ( around 24 to 26 at a time) every 4 weeks. They help but not near as much as Botox did!!

Let me know when someone hears something!!!
