Thank you so much for posting this interview.
It inspierd me to get on top of my migraine diary again, I went onto exel and made a spread sheet with all the info I need to document. I found that using a note book was not orginized enough for my Dr to read, and the formats I found online did not work for me, they did not have the space to I needed for all of my symptoms.
