Chronic Migraine (CM) can be confusing. It's not really a form of Migraine. It's a complication of Migraine. If you're diagnosed with "chronic Migraine," and that's the only diagnosis you're given, you don't have a complete diagnosis. You still need to know what type or types of Migraine you have - Migraine with aura, Migraine without aura, hemiplegic Migraine, etc. (See Types of Migraines and Headaches.)
Earlier this week, I published an article about CM, Chronic Migraine - The Basics. To follow up on that, I just created and published a short quiz to let you assess how well you understand chronic Migraine. Ready to give it a try? Go to Understanding Chronic Migraine.
While we're thinking about chronic Migraine, if you've missed important days of your life due to chronic Migraine, don't miss out on a chance to rewrite and relive one of those days. A fabulous new chronic Migraine awareness plan give you the chance to do just that. Take a look at Rewrite Your Day for a Chance to Relive a Day Lost to Chronic Migraine. Rewrite Your Day has the potential to be the biggest Migraine awareness campaign to date. Please share the link with your friends, share it on Facebook, and Tweet it!
