Your Most Embarrassing, Funniest Migraine Experience

Teri Robert @trobert Health Guide
  • Sharing our experiences can be an enormous help in our not feeling so alone and isolated by our Migraines.

This is a fact we see demonstrated in our forum conversations, our question and answer section, and all over the Internet, especially on social media and blogs.

When we share our experiences or read the experiences of others, we generally see the discussion center around:

    • doctors and getting a diagnosis
    • what to do about people who just don't "get it"
    • issues at work
    • medications
    • other day-to-day topics

Those are valid and valuable discussions. Today, however, I'd like to take us down a lighter path, and I need to enlist your help. It's been said that, "Laughter is the best medicine." So, I propose that we share some of that medicine. If we look back at times when we've had Migraines, we've probably all had some pretty embarrassing moments. If we employ our sense of humor, we can also probably look back upon some of those moments and laugh.

What was your most embarrassing or funniest Migraine experience?

PLEASE post a comment below and share it with us!

Migraine is no laughing matter, but funny moments can be found in many serious situations, and a humor is good for our health. By sharing your experiences here, you can help build a collection of humor that we can all look back at when we need a lighter moment in our days. After a few of you have shared your stories, I'll share mine.
