I received an email today from a Migraineur asking for help identifying what might be triggering the Migraines she gets nearly every weekend.

 

There were several possibilities that I listed in my reply to her...

    You could add chage of routine to this list. My neuro said that Monday and Satruday are the most comon days for migraine. It is the change from the work week to the weekend or vice versa. Any change in routine, missing meals, different sleep schedule or any other small change can cause a migraine.
