Learning about Migraines & Headaches - In Nashville!
Greetings from Nashville!
Nashville... home of the Grand Ole Opry and, this week, my home away from home!
This year, the American Academy of Pain Management is offering a half-day session on headache and Migraine treatment and a half-day session on fibromyalgia treatment at their annual conference.
It's very encouraging to see another professional medical organization providing more specialized information at their conferences.
Many of you will recognize the names of the doctors presenting the Migraine and headache information -- Dr. John Claude Krusz, Dr.Roger Cady, Dr. Trupti Golkani, and Dr. Larry Robbins.
So, that's where Karen Lee Richards and I are now. If you're not familiary with Karen, you should check out her work on our ChronicPainConnection, where she writes primarily about fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
We're staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Conference Center. There are 2,800 guest rooms here, all on six floors! The give you a map when you check in, and you really need it.
Since so many of you have said you like the little video clips of where I am for conferences, here you go...
