OMG! I am so glad to see this review. I ordered this book without noticing that subtitle. Once I had it, I figured I'd might as well read it since I'd paid for it.
Truth? I wanted to slap the author. At the end of the book, I felt as if she was saying that if we were still having headache and Migraine problems, we weren't praying enough.
Books like this one are about 20 years behind effective thinking.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this review!
Namaste,
Abi
For me there is only one book, yours by now and your information here. Complete enough and banned all the other ones. Too many calling it a cure and too many good people offering me the supposed cure, and, books tittle on fibro. Had a "friend" telling me that she heard about someone who knows someone who heard about one who was cure of chronic pain with , old your hat ! Pregnant mare pee. WOW !! after premarine for men-o-pause, cure for fibro.
Teri,
Yes, I agree with you about the title of this book. We can "live better lives", but the overcoming part is controversial to me. I'm starting to see commercials now about Migraines and a website nomorepain.com- to go to. Of course we know it's an ad for that "new" drug, that's really the same stuff we've had
.LOL. Ok, just to say to to you. Because of your book, I learned I was not alone with Migraines and......I found this website, and the forum. Thanks so much. I finally let go of it at a garage sale. I passed it on to someone else with migraines. Hopefully, we can help someone else too.
Thanks again.
Denise
What is it about "professionals" (seems this one is a physical therapist) that makes them think that they can write the same old drivel and call it a "new" book? Worse than my mom denying that I had migraine and saying that I just had to keep a stiff upper lip. At least I didn't have to PAY for that nonsense.
