When Thanksgiving rolls around, I'm sure we all say thanks for any days when we don't have a Migraine or headache. We're all thankful for anyone or anything that makes our lives better, happier, healthier.

I'd like to offer a suggestion for this Thanksgiving -- Take this opportunity to say a special "Thank you" to your Migraine and headache support system for all they do for you throughout the year.

There are many ways to do this:

  • A simple phone call.
  • Send a note or card.
  • Send an email card.
  • Send a flower.
  • If you're feeling up to it, bake cookies and send or take a few to everyone in your support system.

The most important thing is to let them know that you appreciate them, and Thanksgiving is a perfect time to do it.

Be creative with this. Do you have suggestions for ways to thank people? If so, please click the "Add Comment" link below and share them!
