I am one of the lucky ones, i get a migraine once a year, dont know why and its never the same time, my mother suffers with them and it is a child hood memory of her being in the dark alot, i was diagnose when i was pregnant with my now 22 year old daughter, thank god for the dr who named my pain since i was married to her daddy at the time, he just never believed me, now my daughter suffers with them and thank god for the dr who named her pain because her daddy didnt believer her either. my oldest has had them a couple times and i believe my son who is almost 16 gets pretty close to them also. i have the vision problems, it comes first. spots, no side vision everything is invisible. one eye will be the worst, and when i am writing its like someone erases the page cross ways, i see parts of it. i also go numb in different spots, comes and goes, travels. does this effect the blood sugar? my daughter has learned pepsi and skittles helps her along with her meds. then its the pain, sickening and depleteing energy pain. sometimes i get clusters and then nothing for a couple years. why is this happening like this? thank god not all my children suffer but kimy has the worst part of it, thats why she has grown up to became a pediatric nurse and her sister is a RN. they want to help others. GOOD LUCK TO US ALL AND  HAPPY HOLIDAYS.  suzette.
