For some of us, 2008 was a good year, marked by finding the right doctor to work with us on Migraine and headache management and making progress. For others, 2008 wasn't so good.
Now that the winter holidays are behind us, and we're entering 2009, it's time to take a look at how all of us can live...

I so much look forward to that day Terri, I haven't written in awhile because things have been hectic in my life with my daughter my other health problems and since I am not recieving the help I was thru this program for botox injections to help my daily chronic migraines they are back in full force and man somedays I don't even no how I make it thru the day especially raising my daughter alone. When I was receiving the botox from my neuro and I will tell you this man has gone way and beyond as a doctor to help me, the botox is the first thing that cut my migraines almost in half and as all of you migraines sufferes know one day is a blessing. I pray that with all the clinical studies still going on for botox that is gets passed some day soon. I will never give up searching for something someday to help me, especially since I watch my 15 year old battle migraines since she was 7. Mine at least did not start until I was in my thirties. It is always a pleasure hearing from you Terry and keeping up on the latest news. We are fortunate to have an advocate like you. I do know with all my health problems and a misdiagnosis with one, I have learned to be my own advocate for myself. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and maybe a less painful one for so many out there suffering this debilitating disease.
Sincerly
Karen
