Every talks about taking hormones to fix the headaches..but I am that 1% who can't take hormones.  I get bloodclots.  So what do they suggest for me?  My migraines are only being managed but my routine changes all the time..hormones are unpredictable like we all know.

Listen again. Dr. Krusz didn't say that taking hormones is for everyone. He clearly said that it can make matters worse for some people.

Are your Migraines hormonally triggered? If so, what percentage of them are hormonally triggered? Identifying your other triggers to see if any of them are avoidable could be a bit help.

In the end, is there a question here? You say your Migraines are being "managed." You also say your routine changes all the time. Is that changing routine a problem?

Yes you are right I didn't state my real question.  What can I do? I am tired of being a yoyo with the meds.  Yes, I manage but it is one day at a time.    I would rather not take any/several meds, but maybe one?  Guess I am really asking for a miracle..lol..   Have you ever talked to anyone else in my shoes?  I don't believe I am the only out there..
