I have had daily episodes of migraine symptoms (w/o headache). But yesterday was the frist day that I was free of ALL symptoms in over four years. My meds were adjusted to 20 mg propranolol 80mg verapamil and I started  taking MIGRELIEF two days ago.Is this too good to be a true combination ??

Hi, Bob,

It would be unusual for any preventive to make that much difference in two days -- not impossible, but highly unusual. Did you discuss the Migrelief with your doctor? If not, please do. The very herbs, minerals, etc., that are in "natural" products were the first drugs known to man, and they do act as drugs in our systems.

Some people prefer multi-ingredient products such as Migrelief, but my preference (and my doctor's) is to try the ingredients individually to be sure they all help before taking a combination that contains something that may do nothing for you. Feverfew needs some caution. It has some blood thinning properties. You might also want to talk to your doctor about how much ribovlavin (B2), magnesium, and feverfew he recommends. The daily dose of this product provide only half the B2 my doctor recommends. Also, with 800mg of supplemental magnesium a day, many doctors will suggest that you take supplemental calcium as well to keep the two in balance.

Anyway, I'm thrilled for you that you had a Migraine-free day! Just wanted to give you a bit of info that you can discuss with your doctor.

Hope you continue to get these good days!

From experience luvox and zanaflex mixed will cause excessive sleepiness, hallucinations, paranoid psychotic behavior is also exhibited often while no memory of the episode.
