Dealing with Migraine Fog
@trobert Health Guide
Lots of Migraineurs are frustrated by "Migraine fog," that terrible feeling of being not quite there and not being able to concentrate. In a poll I conducted about which Migraine symptom was the worst to deal with, respondents rated the cognitive issues as highly as the pain.
This is also a common issue for peopel with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue symdrome. They often call it "fibro-fog" or "brain-fog." Karen Lee Richards, an expert on HealthCentral's ChronicPainConnection, has a great piece on the site that I found very helpful. Take a look at Improving Cognitive Functioning.
