In the bottom left corner of our site pages, you'll see logos for our non-profit affiliates. These are non-profit Migraine and headache organizations, each with a unique purpose and position in the Migraine and headache community. Through the affiliate relationship, each organization also makes unique contributions to MyMigraineConnection through their shareposts and other participation.

Today, I'm quite happy to point out to you that the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy (AHDA) logo now appears on our site as our newest non-profit affiliate. Note that you can visit their web site, or the web sites of any of our affiliates, by clicking on their logos.

The AHDA is comprised of nonprofit organizations who are vitally concerned about the health of patients with headache disorders including migraine disease, cluster headaches, chronic daily headache, new daily persistent headache, tension-type headaches. All headache disorders. The AHDA is dedicated to advocacy efforts that can result in better treatment for all headache disorder patients.

You've seen me write about the AHDA before when I've reported to you about going to Washington, DC, for Headache on the Hill and when the AHDA needed our support in sending email to our Senators and members of the House. The progress in increasing NIH research funding may not be as quick as we'd like, but we are making progress.

Please join me in welcoming the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy to MyMigraineConnection!
