    Aromatherapy for Migraines and Headaches
    Using essential oils in aromatherapy can be a very helpful complementary therapy for Migraines and headaches. Although aromatherapy isn't known to abort a Migraine, there's a great deal to be said for the symptomatic relief it can offer while we wait for our medications to work. Aromatherapy can be helpful for nausea, anxiety, panic, and other Migraine and headache symptoms. AND, it's pleasant!
