When our Migraines or headaches are chronic or problematic for other reasons, the relationship with our doctor can become one of the most important relationships we have. It can be difficult to establish and maintain a good relationship with our doctors for many reasons...
• We often...

I was surprised that all four migrainers suffered little side effects and it seemed that they all responded well to their first preventative. I realize they are trying to support intervention but it just didn't seem realistic to me. One can manage their migraines as well as they can and still not get themselves to 2 migraines a month. It just seemed the bar is set a little high.
Lisa,
I just watched the video again, and only one of the women said that her first preventive was the one for her. At least three of the four talked about tingling. At least one talked about altered taste. A couple of them talked about continuing to talk with their doctors about side effects. One said she still has two or three Migraines a month, even with preventives.
Overall, the video is about communicating with our doctors, not about prevention itself.
