Thanks for reminding me to pace myself with how many foods I serve this Thanksgiving (make it simpler and less stressful) and to limit the number of unhealthy foods I serve. I usually serve a jello salad and a fresh cranberry relish that both have a lot of sugar. (and marshmallows, whipping cream, etc.) This year I'll serve sugar only in the dessert.

While that turkey breast sounds yummy, don't forget to read the ingredients if it's pre-packaged.  Some brands do put some of those lovely trigger ingredients in to preserve freshness and "improve" flavor.  That includes some of those side items too... stuffing, gravy, etc.

My aura is bad today so I'll keep this short - my answer to T-giving cooking stress is to break up the meal so that I don't end up doing the whole thing anymore. Now I just do my favorite part that makes me feel good anyway - the baking.

Here's to less T-giving stress! And people were fine with that.
