Ok So as we all know ANYTHING helps with a migraine so here are some easy natural things to do to help:
1. Hot/Cold Therapy. When I feel a migraine coming on I take a HOT shower as hot as I can stand and then a cold shower as cold as I can stand. It Helps
2. Hot foot bath. A hot foot bath with pepermint oil is great
3. Cold Pack A cold pack on your forehead and neck will always help
4. Essential oils- Pepermint and lavendar
