An ongoing problem I have had, which contributes to my migraines, is insomnia.  I have been working on it, with little success.  After my last visit with the neurlogist and some recent work with a hypnotherapist I am starting to see some success.  I slept 6 straight hours last night.  That may not seem all that exciting.  But for someone who has not slept more than 3 or 4 hours at a stretch for weeks, it's a huge breakthrough.  I am more motivated to continue with the practices to see if they continue to work.  I hope so.  I want to feel rested.
