As you all probably have; I've been a test monkey for the drug companies (or at least it feels that way). I want to tell you though, I did try the "head on" product. Yes, those irritating commercials; however, when the migraine is starting with a tension headache, that stuff helps. It seems to numb almost like a topical analgesic and it's not greasy.
