One of my migraine triggers is lack of sleep or chronic interuptted sleep. For the past 3 years our neighbors had a Scottish terrier, that was lonely and barked/yapped all the time. They got him a companion, he taught him to bark/yap incessantly, at even a falling leaf, day or night. Regardless of whether they are home or not. They seem to ignore or don't hear them. We are very rural and sound carries easily here in the forest. I have gotten heavier drapes, use ear plugs all to no avail. I have also tried talking to my neighbors about this without any results. The next step is calling the humane society and they will fine or take the dogs away. This is drastic, but so are my migraines, that have progressed due to this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions, I would appreciate this greatly.
