I am finding it hard to live with both TMJ and migraines, they seem to feed off each other. Is there anyone else who has both. I'd like to hear from you.

Migraine is a genetic neurologic disease. TMJ may trigger a Migraine attaack, but does not cause it. There is a dental mout piece specifically to treat Migraineurs with dental issues that trigger Migraines. It's called an NTI-TSS appliance. A consultation with a dentist who works this this appliance could also be helpful.
We also have a discussion forum that you may want to check out. Especially if you have questions or are looking for information, you may find the interaction on the forum to be quite helpful.
