I began having VERY strange auras about 6 years ago and thought they were some kind of seizure activity.  I would suddenly get the sensaton that my tongue and jaw were expanding and it would soon feel that my jaw was meeting my shoulders.  The expansion would then progress down my shouders and arms and I felt as though I were morphing into the Pillsbury Dough Boy.  I actually had to look at my hands or in a mirror to be sure it wasn't really happening.  It scared the heck out of me but was kind of funny at the same time.  When I described this to the Neurologist, I was completely surprised but thrilled to hear it was another kind of migraine aura called Alice In Wonderland....a VERY appropriate name!
