I gawfawed (not sure that is a word)...but let's say reacted indignintly at what you quoted Dr. Dimos Mitsikostas as telling fellow physicians to see if their patients are happy. What the heck?! I completely agree with your points about the flaws in the study and think that it could have been very helpful to look at Lupus and Migraine being co-morbid. However as you pointed out, the lead author didn't seem to acknolwedge the co-morbidity of other conditions such as depression and Migraine. It sounds like this author has views of Migraine disease that colored this study and I'm really glad you are pointing that out!
