When I get a headache I get a migraine b/c I can't stand light and I get nausea.  I also get tension with it b/c I do alot of physical work and have sports injuries.  I also get unbearable sinus headaches.  And believe it or not I get all three at once, just like I have now.  I take a combination of two pills.  I was given the same combination IV when brought to the ER three times.  Always I couldn't stop throwing up.  Now I have something for that too.  They are horrible.
