    It's nice that only one migraine was experienced by program participants, but this really doesn't change the fact that I and many others know for a fact we have exercise-triggered migraines. I can do walking, but any high impact activity is a terrible mistake for me. I tend to think a sample size of 20 people may just be too small to draw any real conclusions, but I suppose it's a place to start.
