    Hey there,

I loves me some blue M&M's. Anything to make the pain go away, right?  Wink

Nancy - thanks for the interesting tidbit:)  I have always been told to drink some caffeine when I feel like I am getting a migraine or am in the midst of one.  I definitely don't overdue it, as it can be a trigger for me and affect my sleep which is already pretty screwed up from the HA!  I have been drinking code red mt. dew.  It seemed to help.  But after reading your post, I went to the store and brought mt. dew voltage which is blue.  I took some and it helped a little.  I am not sure if it actually helped or if it was just the power of suggestion:)  I will definitely try it again.
