MAGNUM's use of art such as verse to express pain is not unique, as art disease awareness shows had been around for awhile, where our changes the focus from past 'headache' art contests which was on the "Show us you pain" contest whereby MAGNUM allows the artist sufferer to use their art to express how the disease impacts their life.
