I really am trying to diet and exercise even when these migraines seem to take hold of my life. My father had a heart attack at 38 years old. He almost died. I have had palpitations and PVC's (premature ventricular contractions) and all I'm told is cut down caffeine. I limit myself to one caffeine drink a day, and try to avoid chocolate also. I give once in awhile! I just wish I knew what other precautions to take. I've had a CT and EKG now 2x, and it always come out fine. But, I've read before that Ventricular heart problems cannot always be detected. Is this true? If anyone has the answer, Please let me know. I'm also taking cholesterol medication, and it has dropped my cholesterol 27 points.

    Thanks,
