My medication is the same Fluvox and topiramate before bed.  I haven't had to take additional meds for headaches much lately.  I don't nap in the afternoon anymore everyday... I've been being treated for migraines for oh I dunno about 5 years or so now... This summer everything came to a peak. I had one for 3 weeks straight ended up getting sick at work having insane disorientation and my arms went numb.... Needless to say my mom decided it was time to look a little further into it.
