About Me

Diagnosed 38 years ago with asthma which has declined into type 1 & 2 brittle asthma combined, making me (my disease) difficult to treat. 

I also suffer from depression (for many years), migrane like chronic daily headache (that has lasted the last 3 years), osteoperosis(diagnosed w/in the last 3 years), COPD(diagnosed 5 years ago), Cushing's Syndrome(diagnosed 10 years ago....

So I am availing myself to every possible beneficial resource/outlet I can find.

I live in a rural, black hole of an area that provides extremely little when it comes to 20th century living much less 21st century, in every aspect from stores to restaurants to health care....

I am constantly looking for ways to help myself and get or give feedback when I need help or I feel I can pass along something beneficial from all my experiences.....
