Hi Jan,
Yes you put the DermaMag on your son's arm's and leg's. Just be very careful of the sensitive areas on his arms and legs as it will burn. I use dermamag myself for my migraines and have learned to dilute 1:1 or it will feel like it is burning. You can also put it on his feet. The directions tell you to soak your feet in product. I prefer to spray it on my feet. Read the directions carefully as every spray is an amount of magnessium in mg. And yes please talk to your doctor and get his opinion that is what you pay him for. Plus your son may have an adverse reaction to the dermamag and your doctor may like to have a heads up.
Goodluck with the dermamag!!!
Sorry I did not get to you sooner. I use the DermaMag as a preventative. I also have been to a migraine clinic in Chicago and I asked the pharmacy student there about it but they had never heard of it. I still use it just not as much anymore. All of my meds got changed and I am doing better. Still not migraine free but as I learned at the migraine clinic that probably will never happen.
Hello, and welcome to MyMigraineConnection.com!
I don't know anything about Dermamag not having used it. If it is a "natural" substance, please remember that "natural" medications were mankind's first drugs
and do still act as drugs in our systems. They have potential side effects and warnings too. I wonder if you have discussed using this with your son's doctor? It really should be discussed with his doctor before trying them.
