I signed on to check out the migraine connection site Sunday and found a great surprise. I had a message! I had never had a message, and my first message was from Germany! I thought, "How weird would it be if this was from Heike!"
When I was in grade school, I got a German pen pal, and we became such good friends that she came and stayed with me one summer in high school. We stayed in touch for a long time, but then, you know how things go. You mean to keep in touch, but people move, and you just lose each other. 
Well... So I opened my message, and sure enough it was MY Heike! 
I was so excited! She has searched me out and found me here on the migraine connection!
So guys, great things can happen when and where we least expect them!
