I will be having an EMG on my lower back and leg next week.  Happily, I am feeling and resting much more comfortably already!  When I remember not to over-do, I have a bit more energy, a minor miracle. Not looking forward to the EMG next week, but feel compelled to cooperate. Enter new pain - lower back, sciatica, down the left leg to knee and foot.
