Hi to all, I lived with migraines for years, many years. Last year (2006), I saw six medical doctors, 3 surgeons, three physical therapists and finally, one pain management doctor was added, the drs. thinking it was all in my head I guess. None of these folks were able to take care of my migrain...

I'm happy to hear you have a reduction in your Migraine pain. Migraine is a genetic neurologic disease. Some people's Migraine attacks are triggered by certain foods. Migraineurs can be effected by changes in the weather too.

I am so glad you are not getting the migraines like in the past. but aren't doctors aggravating!!
I know that magnesium helps out--peppermint oil, euclypus oil...sorry spelling isn't right on that one but GREAT GOING!!!
