Didn’t make my stew last night like I was planning. In fact upon going home… it took all the strength I had to make sure the groceries were put away, take a shower, toss Nattie’s toys back into her area…. And flop into bed. My energy went into the negatives late last night and I don’t really have any explanation why. Quite suddenly… my body was ‘SLEEP NOW!’ and out I was.

I have a hunch though that I may have had a silenced migraine. Earlier that day I started feeling a storm form in my mind and I promptly took some Alieve and increased my water intake. Later... I didn’t feel like I was getting the flu or anything like that but I had random moments where the bright lights at Winco would just blind me… I had a couple instances last night where my tummy felt nauseous… and it was really hard to rouse myself from sleep when my boyfriend came over to see me. It seemed to be that perhaps I knocked the pain out of my head but the attack went on without it. I’ve heard of silent migraines but I’ve never felt one before. I usually wait until it’s too late while speculating ‘well is this a migraine or am I just afraid of having one and thus think I’m getting one??’

Don’t take me wrong. I’d prefer that over an actual migraine any day! I know I need to give my body more rebound time! But… just never having had one before… I wonder what was going on last night?
