Hi-
I'm Tracie and I'm new to the forum, but certainly not a migraine novice, having suffered with severe migraines for 21 years! I am a pharmacist who has pretty much studied all the available literature. I do a lot of counseling to migraine and other headache patients. My own experiences, despite my having "done it right", searching out headache specialists, headache programs, biofeedback, etc., have shown me just how difficult the best advice available such as in Teri's book LIVING WELL WITH MIGRAINE DISEASE AND HEADACHES, can be to implement. So, I've been researching my own book which is aimed at helping the patient work with a willing primary physician to manage the migraines once they are diagnosed and preventive treatments underway. I would really welcome ANY feedback, from patients or health professionals, that has any relevance at all.
