Only on Sunday

I too get what I think is an optical migraine. I started getting them in Sept of 2007. I first noticed it on Sunday at church. They lasted anywhere from 20 minutes to 6 hours. I really don't have any pain. I see 3 rings around the lights and everything is sort of foggy. Sometimes I have this cold sensation in my right sinus. Sometimes if I take 2 Excedrine Migraine pills and I breathe in warm air it helps. I talked it over with one of our church trustees to see if maybe somethings different was being done with the air or heat after a BAD time in Dec. He checked out a few things and I was fine until 3 weeks ago. It happened again 2 weeks in a row and then last Sunday we went to my in laws church and it happened again. I am going to go see our family Dr. May 16th.
