Yes, some people can experience referred pain when they have Migraines. Anatomy of a Migraine describes some symptoms during an attack. Not everyone gets each symtpom with each Migraine attack.

Hi there - so sorry to hear about your referred pain. As someone who experiences it often, my neuro suggested tramadol.  As I am not part of your medical team I cannot say whether they may think it may be right for you - but I  would ask them about it, as it has been helpful with me.
