Married social worker w/16 year old son. Healthy diet with fresh foods however love coffee,chocolate, peanut butter, raspberries olives, spinache,and really good cheese avoiding these is upsetting. Love outdoors-cross country ski, roller blade, backpack, canoe, kayak, wrk out. Read lots!
