Dear Sufferers:
I truly hope this post will do for you what it has done for me. I've had Cluster Headaches since I was 17 and am now 47. It has been a lifelong battle and I believe I've finally found a solution outside of the Doctor's office. This cycle it has come down to a matter of neccessity, the Mother of all invenion. The only thing that has ever worked for me is Imitrex Injections. My Medicare Part D Drug Insurance only covers 2 2-shot cartridges per month and that wasn't near enough. I got down to having one shot left and knew I had to have an alternative. I remembered reading an article when a study was done over 20 years ago, it spoke of Sumatriptan. Just to let you know, Imitrex is Sumatriptan Succinate. Sumatriptan comes from Capsaicin which is derived from Cayenne Pepper. I thought lets try some Cayenne supplement. One thing that made me do this is that I had been going to the dodtor and when I used the Imitrex my temperature was always up from .5 to 1.2 degrees F. Anyway, I bought the Cayenne supplement at a nutrition store yesterday and and began to take 500mg 3-4 times daily. It seemed to lesten the intensity but not totally rid me of it. The I apparently hit the Mother Load. I took two 500mg acetominophine(Tylenol). At the onset of the attack I took the Cayenne and two Tylenol and in 30min. it was gone completely. I've tried it and had success 3 for 3 times. Tylenol never did anything for me, even a small ache, but put these two together and you get relief. It warms the stomach a bit, so I would say take it with a glass of milk. Read on about Cayenne, it's used to treat emphasema and has also had preliminary findings of attacking cancer cells, but not affecteing good cells. Well, best wishes for all of you who suffer. I could have sold this information, but no 1 should reap where others have sown. Good luck and God Bless.
