Innocent  I have been with Capital Neurology for 12 yrs now.  Dr David Cook is top notch in his field.  He specializes in Botox and Headaches.  Dr Cook takes the time to care forthe whole person not just the specialty that he is experienced with.    He does not take Medicarer but well worth the money.  His staff is caring and goes our of their way to help his patients out any waythey can.  I have a milsd case cof spatic Cerebral plasy and Botox helps me walk .

Recentl I had an appointment with Carolina NeurologyAssociates in Raleigh, NC.  The office was not as well runed as Dr Cooks is at the present time.  The staff there seemed like they diedn't want to be there.  The Dr is a sole practicve like Dr Cook's but it lacked the expertice that Capital Neurology has in their office.

The staff at Dr Cooks office is top notch they go out of their way to help you solve a problem.  I don't drive and take the TTA bus to Cary.  The bus only run durring communting times.  If I can get to their office they staff will drive me to the bus stop.

Interesting...I've been going to the Headache Wellness Center in Greensboro for two years. I've been seeing holistic healers lately and I think it's helping. I really dislike the Headache Clinic. It would be very nice to interact with a doctor who I felt truly cared though. I feel like the ppl in Greensboro give me 20 minutes of their time, and that a lot of that time is spent not listening to me, pushing their own ideas on me and pushing a lot of prescription drugs at me as if they are given a quota by pharmaceutical companies or something. I'm glad you are having a good experience with your doctor. I am probably moving to Raleigh this summer (after I graduate from Appalachian), so I will keep them in mind.

what i was actually trying to get was more contact info for dr cook. cary is a couple of hours from me, so that's not a problem, but i would like to contact them to make sure they accept my insurance.

i'm also looking for someone who is willing to take the time to look for the answers i seek, and there are quite a few of them.
