      <title>Need a neurlogist that specializes in headaches</title>
      <description>&amp;nbsp;
For 5 days streight I had a migrine headache.&amp;nbsp; I had to go to the ER for relief.&amp;nbsp; They gave me 2 doses of Tordol.&amp;nbsp; I need som eone to assist me in finding the right treatment for control of my headaches.&amp;nbsp; I keep a log of what is going on at the time and the level of painthat I am having.&amp;nbsp; I think it was stress due to that I am in colleg on line.&amp;nbsp; If you know of a good place for me please contact me.&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>Since I have been taking Depotoke andAmitripyline I have had fewer and less serve headaches.&amp;nbsp; I still get migrines but they are less often and less pain.&amp;nbsp; I keep a headache diary to keep track of my headaches and when I see the neurologist I print out a copy for him.</description>

      <description>&amp;nbsp; I have been with Capital Neurology for 12 yrs now.&amp;nbsp; Dr David Cook is top notch in his field.&amp;nbsp; He specializes in Botox and Headaches.&amp;nbsp; Dr Cook takes the time to care forthe whole person not just the specialty that he is experienced with.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; He does not take Medicarer but well worth the money.&amp;nbsp; His staff is caring and goes our of their way to help his patients out any waythey can.&amp;nbsp; I have a milsd case...</description>
