what meds? do they work???

I was just wondering what meds you are on and do they work?  I am on a blood pressure medication (for 3 days) prescribed by my new neurologist and the made me sooo sick.  I am also on fioricet for pain, doesnt do a thing except make me sleepy and I cant be sleepy during the day because I have a 1 year old.  I have taken Midrin (quit working), Imitrix (basically knocked me out for a couple of hours) and the latest Maxalt which never really worked.  I am going to make a follow up appt. tomorrow (monday) and throw the blood pressure meds in the doctors face, no, not really but I have had a migraine since thursday and he doesnt call in narcotics.  All I am asking for is some tylenol 3, not oxycontin or something.  Oh, started going to a neurologist on Wed. after 10 years of migraines and many shots in my butt!  lol.  Any suggestions would help.  Thanks Alot!
