    Being in chronic pain can make a person become resentful and angry. It is important to educate ourselves about Migraine disease so we can learn coping skills and live a better life. Let's see what I can do to help with that.

     

    Migraine is a genentic neurologic disease.  Some people's Migraines are triggered by certain foods, like chocolate or red wine, while others experience an attack when the weather changes. Staying well hydrated and maintainig  a regular sleep schedule. We have more infomation on Migraine triggers HERE
